Any good, reliable web hosting with great support?

Hey guys,
I'm looking for a shared hosting service for a friend. Requirements: a few gigs of space (at least), GOOD uptime, easy to use control panel, great support (prompt and knowledgeable; if the turnaround time for urgent tickets is more than 2 hours, I'm not interested). Is rockhoster.com reliable web host? Can I host my websites at their servers? Any reviews? Alternatives?

I've had a hosting account with Rockhoster.com for over 6 months and had no real problems. It's good cheap hosting.

I'm extremely happy with NetShop ISP cheap web hosting and will continue to have them host our site.
There has been no server downtime, no problem with uploads, no other issues in any way.
