Cheap and reliable hosts are: libertyvps.net and planethoster.com.
Amazing tech service and overall excellent customer care. I recommend them to everyone looking for a dependable web host.

Great service, Hostnamaste.com support is always prompt and helpful. Like their openvz vps solutions.
OpenVZ-1536 at $6.99/Mo - 1xCPUs, RAM 1536MB, 35GB Storage, 2TB Bandwidth, SolusVM VPS Panel.

Accounts from hostingsource.com and hostsailor.com are worth trying as their plans can be quite right for meeting all your needs.
Uptime is high and server speed is high too.

Highly recommend GTHost.com Miami vps hosting service. Enterprise Data Centers, Fully Redundant Power Feeds (A+B).
Servers with local storage keep all data on a local RAID1 to provide fault tolerance in case of hardware defects.
