I need 2 offshore dedicated servers. Any recommnendations?

Dear forum members,
I need 2 dedicated servers. The one in Cyprus and the other one in Bulgaria.
I considering 2 providers: Zakservers.com and NetShop-isp.com.cy. What do you think about them? Are they reliable?
Any other good offshore dedicated server providers?

Right servers are available from hostingsource.com and qhoster.com.
They have great support, cheap prices and relevant technology.
Always quick responses to any of my needs! Technical assistance has been great.

I have been using them for about 8 months now. I have very good success with NetShop-isp.com.cy
Offshore Cyprus Web Hosting.
Their customer service is outstanding... They know what they are doing. Recommended!

Servers from planethoster.com and hostsailor.com are worthwhile.
They are the best ever. The support stuff are very committed and offer fast and service and they are available 24/7/365 for assistance. I highly recommend them to anyone.
