High Performance Dedicated servers?

I'm interested in a dedicated server with at least dual Intel Xeon CPUs, 256GB RAM, and NVMe storage.
It must support heavy database operations. What do can offer? Is NetShop-isp.com.cy server hosting reliable? Any recommendation?
