Hey guys,
I'm looking for a shared hosting service for a friend. Requirements: a few gigs of space (at least), GOOD uptime, easy to use control panel, great support (prompt and knowledgeable; if the turnaround time for urgent tickets is more than 2 hours, I'm not interested). Is rockhoster.com reliable web host? Can I host my websites at their servers? Any reviews? Alternatives?

Can say that rockhoster.com is most often very responsive and accommodating.
The hosting system itself works great, and their MySQL servers work better than any we have tried to date.

Just settle for a reliable host that charges a reasonably high rate and offers good service. Rockhoster.com is a well-known EU web host. Give these guys a try.

I'm extremely happy with NetShop ISP cheap web hosting and will continue to have them host our site.
There has been no server downtime, no problem with uploads, no other issues in any way.
