Looking for a Shared hosting

I am looking for a cheap shared hosting with dedicated ip.
Anyone has any good idea or any details of any provider.
budget is 10 usd.
Requirements: 20gb hosting space, Dedicated ip, 100% uptime.
server much be good usa or eu location.
What are your views on centohost.com hosting packages? Are they affordable? Any other host for comparison, please? Thanks.

If you are looking for great customer service and someone who knows what they are talking about then QHoster.com is the host to use.

I'm paying half of what I was paying at my other host! It places high value on customer support and it shows.
Give
centohost.com a try. Tech support is always fast, very succinct, helpful, friendly and straight to the point.

When I first moved to
greenwebpage.com, I found web access was fine - their support team was very helpful with transferring files to them.
The host seems to recognize that putting in a little extra effort pays dividends in terms of keeping the customer satisfied and thereby keeping the customer.

My experience with centohost.com has been 100% positive. Prices are really good, hosting is just INCREDIBLE in features.
Incredible amount of disk space, bandwidth and benefits as no other host. And they always try to do their best.
