Servers from allwebhost.com and hostround.com are attractive for me and I wonder which way is better to follow and why?

I have contacted Allwebhost.com support on a number of occasions with a variety of different questions, and all of them have been sorted within the hour, first replies have been within 10 minutes on some instances. I've been hosting my web sites on their dedicated hosting account for 4 months.. They have provided what I needed very well.
