I know from personal experience that Aspnix.com chat support is online 24/7 and I personally use it quite a lot. Well, Aspnix.com features have certainly gotten better and they now offer a lot more for the same price (visit their website and you'll see what I mean). I have seen the addition of more and more servers to keep up with demand. They are always responsive, cost-effective, and we virtually never suffer any down time. Time is money and even 99.99% may not be good enough.
